Boat part number 1071061 is a new 100′ roll of 1″ heat shrink tubing from 3M, part number FP-301 .

Constructed out of thin wall polyolefin, this general purpose heat shrink tubing is 1″ in diameter x 100′ long, per manufacturer. Has a 2:1 shrink ratio, and provides flame-redardant insulation for up to 600V rated applications. Its flexible construction also provides moisture resistance per manufacturer.
